This project involves the renovation and extension of Oakland International Airport, Terminal 2. The Terminal 2 Renovation project consists of a new 21,000 sq. ft. baggage claim building, and renovation of 109,000 sq. ft. of existing terminal and concourse areas. The project is part of the first phase of the Port of Oakland's $1.4 billion airport Terminal Expansion (TEx) program.
TECI scope includes: Site plan locating drainage, bench mark and improvements; On grade drives and parking areas, site utility designs (storm, sanitary, water, fire protection and natural gas); Walkway and site signage design; Building location plans; Temporary pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
