Hunters Point/Candlestick Point Final Master Plan

The project is located on an approximately 702-acre site located in the southeastern part of San Francisco. It includes residential housing units, public housing, offices, open space and recreation areas, retail, new trails, bikeways, sidewalks, roadways, and transit services.

TECI is the JV partner of BKF in providing Master Civil Engineering services for the Phase 2 of the Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point Development. Scope of work includes civil engineering design documents required to permit and construct the first Major Phase and related sub-phases. Tasks include: surveying and mapping, stormwater management plan, permit applications, project phase applications and subdivision maps, off-site street improvements, construction contract support services.
