Project Description:

This project involves the site improvement and development of Blocks 41, 42 and 43, in the Mission Bay south of Market district. The work includes infrastructure improvements at the north half of 16th street between 7th and Owens as well as 1300 LF of Owens street that fronts blocks 41, 42 and 43. Design includes site improvements; grading and drainage and utility engineering. Construction documentation includes construction drawings, specification and cost estimate.TECI provided civil engineering and surveying services, including grading, drainage, and utilities design.
