This project consists of 200 residential units in a 10-story development with a 51-stall parking structure and 3 live/work units + 1 commercial unit located on the ground level.

TECI provided Civil Engineering design for grading and drainage elements, as well as all dry and wet utilities. We then coordinated the construction documents with all relevant governing agencies/companies (City and County of San Francisco, PG+E, PacBell, TCI, SFWD and etc.) from the Schematic Design phase through the Construction Administration phase.
