This project was an extensive rehabilitation of 257 apartment units in the 10-story main building to include the following: new EIFS exterior siding; unit and common area renovation; window and roof replacement; life safety upgrade; major seismic reinforcement; re-landscaping; expanded security and storage facilities and replacement of the center building. 
Extra consideration and planning was given on this project due to the seniors' occupancy in one of the towers.

TECI provided civil engineering services for the project including design of a new auto turn out. Our services began at schematic and through construction administration phases. Construction Drawings included Site Improvements, Grading and Utility plans. TECI also prepared the specification and provided Construction Administration services for the civil portion of the work.
