The Millenium Tower

Proposed project consists of a 58-story tower that would include a 14-story hotel topped by 320 condominiums. At 625 feet, it would be the city's tallest new building since the 600-foot-tall Five Fremont Center opened across the street in 1983.

TECI provided Civil Engineering design for grading and drainage elements, as well as all wet utilities design. We coordinated the civil elements with all relevant governing agencies/companies (PG&E, SBC, and Cable TV) from the Schematic Design phase through the Construction Administration phase.
