This project consists of the redevelopment of a 10 acres site located between Adeline, Filbert, 8th and 10th Street in Oakland. The work includes reducing the density of the existing housing community; securing the site; expanding all existing courtyards and common facilities; construction of a new community building; and off-site improvements.

Civil engineering services include design, construction documents, construction administration, and coordination with all relevant agencies. Design includes site improvements; grading and drainage; and utility layout. Construction documentation includes construction drawings, specification and cost estimate.
