This Project is a development of a 9-story mixed-use senior housing project consisting of 101 apartments, related services and common areas on the ground level, and a 22-car parking in a partial basement level. TECI provided civil engineering services for the project including design of Elm Street to SFDPW standards. Our services began at schematic and through construction administration phases. Construction Drawings included Site Improvements, Grading, Utility and Erosion Control plans. TECI also prepared the specification and provided Construction Administration services for the civil portion of the work.
