The project is a 576-bed, 257,112 sq. ft correctional facility sitting on a 4.85 acre site within Redwood City, CA. It is designed to accommodate a future expansion of up to 832 beds. The project includes a 93,250 sf of administration and support space, 20,000sf traditional housing, and 139,132 sf of detention center, remediation of a brownfield site, demolition of existing structures, and on and off site improvements to prepare the site for development.

TECI is the Civil Engineer of Record for this project. Scope includes: on-site improvements, grading & drainage, utility layout plans, SWPPP, LEED, supplemental topographic survey, boundary survey, lot merger and final map.
