This project is "As-needed" multi-disciplined engineering contract. As Prime Consultant, TECI is responsible for managing and coordinating five (5) sub-consultants on the design team.

Project development, operational and functional analysis, studies, investigations and field inspections, conceptual engineering, detail design, peer reviews, cost estimates and construction support services.
