The Laney College Athletic Field covers 7 acres of the Laney College Campus. This project consists of replacing the softball field with a soccer field and replacing the existing field with synthetic turf. The irrigation and drainage system will also be upgrade. The project will also include the design and construction of a new Physical Education Field House Building and an on-site parking space.

TECI Scope includes: Provide demolition, site improvements, grading and drainage for all hardscape; coordination with BART for BART Vent relocation; utility agency and easement coordination; utility layout and design for all on site wet and dry utilities; utility layout and design for all on-site irrigation system; preparation of the Storm Water Requirements; Erosion Control Plan; Construction Administration for the Civil portion of the work.
