This is an award winning museum project designed by Daniel Libeskind. It is located in the heart of downtown SF with its skewed blue-steel structures jutting out of a landmark 20th-century power plant. The project is adjacent to a catholic chapel, landscape plaza, Mexican museum and sub grade parking.

TECI civil engineering services include coordination with all governing agencies, site improvements, grading and drainage, utility design, construction documentation, specifications, cost estimating and construction administration. As well as, to study and updated the site ADA accessible features to conform to latest code.
